Hi, I'm Tim.
I’ve been a Personal Trainer since 2017. I started my journey working in a busy high street gym, and now I’ve created a space just for my clients, in my own purpose-built gym, here at my home in Tunbridge Wells.
Over the years, I’ve helped many individuals achieve their health and fitness goals, delivering thousands of personalised sessions along the way.
What’s important to me is getting to know you and understanding what you truly want to achieve. Building a genuine relationship is the foundation so I can support you every step of the way.
Together, we’ll work on a balance of exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle advice. I’ll be there to motivate you, celebrate your wins, and help you stay on track—even when things get tough. I promise that your workouts will be enjoyable, and you’ll notice real progress over time.
I believe in making lasting changes, not quick fixes. My goal is to help you become fitter, healthier, and happier.

I’ve always loved staying active-whether it’s playing football and cricket, trekking, mountain biking, or running marathons. I do a Parkrun every Saturday and go skiing in the winter. I’ve just bought a bike, so I’m excited to start road cycling too!
Travel is a big passion of mine. I lived in Singapore for over three years and had the chance to explore lots of amazing places across Asia.
Now, I’ve been living in Tunbridge Wells for a few years, and I really feel at home here. Working at a local gym has helped me meet loads of great people, and I’ve made some good friends along the way.
When I’m not working out, you might find me playing guitar, reading or catching up on sport. I love staying active and helping others do the same. If you’re ready to get started or just want some advice, I’m here to help you reach your fitness goals in a way that’s fun and sustainable!
